Alterations and additions to an existing single storey dwelling that sits within strict planning overlays required the design to respect the existing building and surrounds, while also providing for the requirements of the new owners.  Alterations included the reconfiguration of spaces to improve useability along with the general refurbishment of the original building fabric.  The additions allow for the required accommodation needs while seamlessly maintaining the existing building style.
